Seagate Village

Seagate Village is a unique, historic community of 800 single and duplex condominium homes originally built in the 1950s as housing for the U.S. Air Force base at Myrtle Beach.  The community combines a quiet, small-town atmosphere with the convenience and excitement of a Grand Strand location.  Seagate is adjacent to the oceanfront Myrtle Beach State Park which features a fishing pier, picnic areas,  and a large camping area for visitors. The property is governed by an HOA Board and management company.

Midway Village

Midway is a neighborhood of 27 rental and single-family homes located near Rt 17 Bypass and the Myrtle Beach Airport.  There is no HOA.

Beachwood at the Heritage

Nestled along South Kings Highway, Beachwood is a charming 55+ gated community of 70 single-family homes.  Located across the street from Myrtle Beach State Park, Beachwood offers  residents easy access to pristine beaches, a fishing pier, and scenic trails. There is no HOA.

Monarch Estates

Monarch is a neighborhood of 88 single-family homes located on the western edge of Market Common. Residents enjoy all of the amenities of Emmens Preserve, including an enormous pool, lake, exercise room, park with an amphitheater, putting green, bocce ball court, and outdoor entertainment and kitchen facilities. The property is governed by an HOA Board and management company.

Oak Forest

Oak Forest is a community of 107 single-family homes close to the downtown shopping district of Market Common. The Coastal Grand Mall and the airport are also just a short drive away.  The property is governed by an HOA Board and management company.

Shetland Woods

Shetland Woods is a neighborhood of 100 manufactured homes located near Rt 17 Bypass and the Myrtle Beach Airport.  The community is just minutes away  from shops and  dining, the airport, and the beach.  There is no HOA.

Dockstreet 8 Lakeview

The Lakeview neighborhood has a prime view of a beautiful lake that greets visitors entering Market Common from the Rt 17 Kings Highway entrance.  This small community of two and three story-homes is close to Myrtle Beach State Park and the ocean.  The property is governed by an HOA Board and management company.

Market View

Market View is the most recent addition to the Market Common area.  This small neighborhood of 70 townhomes sits in the heart of the downtown shipping district with beautiful views of Grant Lake.  Residents enjoy easy access to a wide range of amenities, including parks, sidewalks, walking and biking trails, and proximity to the district’s restaurants, retail shops, entertainment venues, and sports fields.
